岗位职责：
完成不同尺度下的规划设计工作，包含从修建性、控制性详细规划、设计到城市概念规划。
协助完成项目汇报等在内的相关文字材料工作，包括项目报告书、建议书、意向书、会议纪要、拜访函等。
包括与城市规划师，交通规划师，建筑师以及工程师等不同专业人员团队合作。

任职资格：
本科以上学历，城市设计或城市规划专业。硕士优先考虑。
两年以上相关专业工作经验。
能够适应不同专业领域团队之间的合作。
熟悉相关城市规划、设计的政策法规，以及项目操作流程。
熟练运用Adobe系列，AutoCAD以及Sketch up等相关软件。
有交通规划以及城市更新等项目经验，拥有国内外著名咨询公司、规划机构、等相关工作经验者优先。
熟练掌握英语及普通话。

Urban Planner
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Urban Design or Planning as a minimum education requirement. A master’s degree will be considered first.
At least 2 years of experience in related areas.
Able to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiar with urban design guidelines and submission procedures to relevant authorities.
Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, AutoCAD and Sketch up a plus.
Experience in transport infrastructure planning and city regeneration. And employees with previous experience working for consulting or design enterprises abroad will be considered in preference
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities
In charge of urban design and master planning projects in different scale ranging from mixed-use urban detail design to regional planning.
Prepare documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence; reports; proposals; expressions of interest; and meeting minutes.
Experienced on the teamwork with urban planner, transport planner, architecture and engineer.
